I found this cool music site from a fellow blogger, Dawn from Along the Broken Road, and decided to check it out. I really enjoy making play lists and searching to see if they have my favorites. It gets rather addicting actually. So since music is a love and passion of mine. I thought what better topic than music for a Thursday Thirteen right? Soooo, I made a play list of a few songs I like. It is by no means a favorites list nor is it close to all of them. I just tried to get a pretty wide range of genres to give you all a glimpse as to what I like. I had to pick only Thirteen so I was limited, you have to scroll the playlist to see all 13 songs. Maybe I can do another some time down the road. So do you know or like any of the ones in my list? Love Three Dog Night. Probably because of their Joy to the World rendition which I couldn’t get enough of…until I did that is,after about umpteen friends, relatives and Jr. High teachers took to singing it at me every time they caught sight of me. Does that give away my age? Oh well.

It’s brutal to try to pick only 13 songs. I feel like I’m cheating somehow to leave out so many great other songs. I LOVE the Newsboys. I have all their CDs and listen to them often. They have a unique sound and the lyrics hit home with me.
