Pretty in pink!

A lady at church asked me to make a card for her to give to her 18 year old niece that just graduated Cosmetology school. I searched and searched for a few days for a digi stamp that would work for Cosmetology but to no avail. Soooo on to plan B.
She told me to just make it girlie and so I did. I think so anyway. Her fav color is pink and since she is young I decided to go with pink and black combo.. it is young and cool. My 12 year old daughter LOVES black and pink together these days.

I found this super adorable FREE digi image on a blog. She actually has quite a few super cute free images. I was shocked. I think she could totally sell these with no problem. Sew Much Love

Just wanted to share this card I did with this adorable House Mouse stamp. Splitcoaststampers posted the new sketch last night and I decided to play along. It was a fun one to work with because it was different… and challenging. Two things I like :) I got the idea to puff paint the pin heads from a card my awesome friend Gina made… She is brilliant, that one!

I have soooo many cards to work on today and get done, so I am keeping this post short and sweet.

I hope you are all having a wonderful week… I have been busy as a bee making cards and getting back into the school routine with our daughter. I am such a night owl that it is hard to get my body used to getting up at 6am.. UGH!

Strawberry Sunshine

Good afternoon bloggers!

Today is so hot and sunny…thank goodness for air conditioning. I sit here at my desk with the air on and a fan blowing while looking out the window at the birds playing in the sunshine. I love how alive everything is in the Summer.. How green everything is.. how things are in bloom and there is just a “happy” feel in the atmosphere. This card reminds me of the very essence of Summer. What do you think?

Jace~ DT Card
