Sew Much Love

sew much love

Just wanted to share this card I did with this adorable House Mouse stamp. Splitcoaststampers posted the new sketch last night and I decided to play along. It was a fun one to work with because it was different… and challenging. Two things I like :) I got the idea to puff paint the pin heads from a card my awesome friend Gina made… She is brilliant, that one!

I have soooo many cards to work on today and get done, so I am keeping this post short and sweet.

Thanks for stopping by!

Ciao,
Tracy

Pretty in Pink Stickle Princess

I had to go full on glitter explosion for this one. My baby niece is about to have a birthday and she is ALL girlie girl. She loves pink…sparkles…make up…foo foo… you name it. She also loves to play dress up and all things princess…soooo I thought this Maggie would be perfect for her Birthday card. I did have to draw a face on her because she is funny about things and I did not want to freak her out with the whole no face thing.

I am use to it… and I know the meaning behind them having no face..but I hear a lot about them having no face freaking people out. Sooooo, since she is a little girl, I went with the face..lol This was a fun one to do because I got to go Stickle crazy!! I do love me some Stickles. :)

Anyway, thank you so much for taking the time to stop by and check out my Stickled Princess Maggie!

Beary Good Friendship

I love this Gruffies stamp that I won on Ebay ages ago… I thought it was adorable, and it reminded me of camping with a bunch of friends. Or even a get together with friend and family… both of which I have very fond memories of doing. The stamp intimidated me at first. I was feeling rather brave one night and was in the mood to color…so I grabbed this guy and went to town. It was actually very fun to color. I wanted to keep the card design simple and make the stamp the focal point, especially with it being so detailed. Thanks for stopping by and having a look… I hope you get plenty of times like this with friends and family to make memories this Summer.

Mother’s Day Edwin

My dad asked me to make him a card to send to his mom for Mother’s Day and this is what I came up with:

Happy Mother's Day Edwin

Edwin has been colored with Copics and cut out… it was tricky getting around the rose and leaves, but I like the result.

It is my very first Edwin card. I enjoyed coloring him more than I thought I would!! I will have to try and use him more often now. Thanks for looking!!

Cheer Up!

I really had fun with Lisa… she is a digi over at Guylou’s Inimitability and she can be found here: Lisa

This is my DT card for the blog…. she is not normally tatted up but the gray on her skirt bled on to her skin and the colorless blender just was not getting it all up… so I drew her a big tat on her arm..lol I had fun with it. Making her the “bad girl” cheerleader! If you like her and would like to see more cards for inspiration…hop over to Guylou’s blog and check out the other cards from the DT!

Cheer up!
